Setting up a second MB Server.. advice on Key..

I need a bit of advice.. so, I'm setting up a second MB Server, which will be at our other house.   It's going to be small because we aren't there often. 

 

I have tried to donate pretty significantly when I can (I'm sure someone who's here can figure this out) but I'm at a stop a bit of confusion as how to do this.. the reason why I ask is because MBServer seems attached to my email address.  

 

if I want a second one, do I need to manage another email address for it?  Can I pay more on the first server and have it licensed for two installs and just use the same key twice?   I'm up to any thoughts.
