Wondermusic 2 Posted December 9, 2019 Posted December 9, 2019 Hello together, I had a problem with constantly re- reading and listing of Collections I erased previosly (Problem is mentioned here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/80223-auto-box-sets-konfigurieren/&do=findComment&comment=817454 ) Is there a way to implement a small button in Metadata- manager within Collections to hide found Collections? Cheers, Richy
Luke 42080 Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Hi, I'm not sure that's the best approach. The collection was created by the AutoBoxSets plugin, so if you want to stop it from creating something, then the plugin should probably own that configuration. In the meantime you could delete the collection and then remove the Movie Db Collection Id value from the movies. This will stop the plugin from re-creating the collection. @@Happy2Play may have some tips on that. Thanks.
Happy2Play 9781 Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 (edited) The only way for them to be re-added is if the media was refreshed to obtain the tmdbcollectionid again. If you don't want the orginal collection you will need to delete the collectionid and lock the metadata so it will not be update again. @@Luke it might be a good idea to be able to lock the TheMovieDb Collection Id and/or externalid fields so other metadata can still be refreshed. I guess you could put a ".ignore" file in the existing collection in "\data\collections" to get what you are requesting also. Edited December 11, 2019 by Happy2Play
