Resume for .strm files (Amazon Prime strm files)

First, thanks for using the API addition to allow propagation of resume points for strm files. However, resume does not work.

I suspect it is because the resume dialog is from the server and not Kodi. If we are direct playing strm files, shouldn't we be getting the resume point from Kodi instead of Emby.

BTW, Those same resume point work properly if i go to the Amazon Prime addon instead of resuming from the library. And in that case it is the kodi resume dialog that is shown.
