I have some question/comments,

 

1- why all the control are in the middle of the screen ? Not that i dont see them, but they are weird localized, you have text over and text under. That make information between title and these control more difficult to read. 

 

2- I find genre tag and rating to be really small.  (on ios they are difficult to click)

 

3- It is possible to resize this screen so if you want to see what is under the green line you have to scroll

 

4- Backdrop is really dark vs android tv for exemple. i can css it for webpage but not for emby theater

Hi.  Are you sure you are running Theater in TV mode?

Then you will get a display appropriate for close-up use which will have smaller elements and more information.

 

Sounds like what you want is the TV layout.

you tried tv layout with a mouse ?

 

I will just stop to use emby theater and use web version with my own css, that will be easier
