No subtitles

Hello all,

  can anyone tell me why i don't see option for downloading subtitles ? when i click on sybtitles it has 1 inside: UND (ASS) i dont know where this is getting from to start with.

Sometimes i see those 3 dots, i can click on it and do : scan subtitles or edit subtitles  and there i can search for subitles. I do not understand how subtitles work here. I should not be limited by license since i have the premiere package, any idea ?

Hi, because it appears you're on the detail screen for a series. The "Edit Subtitles" option only applies to individual videos. Try doing this on an episode screen. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
