Does anyone know how to find the API for content lists that are in the home?

The Home Sections are pre built filters and have nothing to do with the api if I am reading this correctly.  You can not control the anything on the Home Screen, minus what pre-built option appears is what section via User Preferences-Home Screen

 

So will need to elaborate on what you are trying to do.

So my question is if there is a json or api in emby that brings up the customizable menu.

 

The reason for this is that I am learning how to develop an app and would like to replicate this menu mounted within my app.

The whole reason why we write the api wiki is so that we don't have to repeat the information that is already there documented for you. So please before we go any further what you have done and how far you've gotten.
