Skipping trailer (Cinema Intro) does not begin playback of movie

I have Cinema Intros enabled. When I play my movie, the intro starts and I let it play for a few seconds. I then click the skip button to move on to the movie (not interested or don't want to see the trailer) but the movie never loads. I have to logout of the user to have the app appear normal.

As a follow-up, the movie plays fine in the web player if you skip the intro trailer.
