List view for everything (User-Setting)

is it possible to set all folders in list view for a user?

Sorry, no there is not global option to apply list view everywhere.

I know there has been previous discussion on this but don't know if there is a feature request for it or not.  Where this request only applies to Folder View, to have all sub-folders inherit parent level list view settings.

Yes, and currently you have to set everything by yourself. I will write a feature request.

I would suggest a list view for all folders. This setting should be user-specific..

Currently, the view has to be set for all folders itself.
