Lost Video

One of my folders has 4 videos in it.   All 4 used to show up.  When I eventually got around to watching the 3rd one Emby had some issues.  The casting to my tv from the Emby android app wouldn't work.  Emby showed up on the TV and just sat at loading.  I eventually gave up and watched the 4th one instead.

Now the 3rd one no longer shows up in my library.  The video file it self works just fine in VLC.  The end of the file name has "1080p.BluRay.DTS.x264-PerfectionHD.mkv" if that helps you with the format of the video.

How do I get the video to show up again?

How do I figure out what needs to be done so I can play the video?

Hi there, how are the videos organized? What are the files names and folder structures?

Full path:  D:\TV\Futurama Season 1-7 S01-S07-Movies DVDRip-1080p BluRay x264-MiXED\Futurama Season 5 S05 Part 2 Movies WEB-DL-BluRay x264-MIXED\Movie.3.Futurama.Benders.Game.2008.1080p.BluRay.DTS.x264-PerfectionHD.mkv

Other videos in the same folder show up just fine, such as: Movie.4.Futurama.Into.The.Wild.Green.Yonder.2009.1080p.BluRay.DTS.x264-CLASSiC.mkv

I realize these are movies in a TV folder but i'm fine with it, I'd rather have all of Futurama in one place.

It is probably merged with an episode using our multi-version features. try clicking on each of the episodes in the web app and see if there is a version selection dropdown box on the detail screen.

I did get merged with another video.  When i select version two (video i want), it only plays version 1 (the one it get merged with).

Is there a way to undo the merge?

There is a split button on the detail screen, yes.

Split worked, it plays in the browser.  I'll try it on my TV when I can.

Thanks for the help.
