Folder not displaying correctly?

One of my folders is not displaying correctly when I click on it.  The first image shows what I see when I click on the Shows link, and the second when I click on the folders link.  There are 25 files in this folder but most are not displaying and the two that are displaying are not displaying correctly.  It was working but now I see this.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi there, how are the contents of the folder organized?

Most of the files are in the one directory.  Two files are in subdirectories that have a season folder underneath them.  The two files showing on the shows screen are the ones in the subfolders.

Something is definitely not working correctly.  Even the two files that are showing are not showing cover art.  They have the IMDB ID in the metadata.  I went into each and searched for and selected the correct show under the Identify option and they are still not showing the coverart correctly.

Hi, can you please go over your file organization and structure? Have you compared to our TV naming guide?

The key issue here is that this folder was working correctly.  As it contains Christmas shows we didn't really look at it for a while, and then I see that nothing is appearing correctly?

None of the files were named using the standard TV naming conventions before.  I am willing to go in and start renaming everything but it is weird how it was working at some point in the past?

I think you may have been relying on something that was not officially supported.

@@simonmason if you can go over examples of the folder and file names I'll be happy to clarify.

Thanks !

I solved the problem.  I deleted the folder in Emby and added it again calling it Movies.  As these are mostly one off Christmas specials this was much easier to maintain and everything now displays correctly - at least mostly, some do need a little tweaking.

I do have one related question.  I am using IMDB to get some artwork for some of these.  I look them up on IMDB, get the ID, and then go to Identify and put it in.  I see the right result show up, click on it, tell it to update artwork.  It finishes and nothing has changed.  The artwork is not showing.  Am I doing something wrong?  Thanks.

You would have to go over a specific example.  Nothing comes from IMDB, the IMDB id is used to query TMDB and OMDB (dependant on enabled library options).
