Sync - Left Over Files

Hi, on 4.2 i synced a number of episodes to my phone so i could watch them off line. while i've been away 4.3 was released and i upgraded my server.

 

i notice in the sync folder of emby i have a number of media files, srts etc that emby doesnt seem to know about any more.

i'm not sure if emby should delete these temporary files after it has moved them to my offline device and didnt, whether they should be there and something has gone wrong during the 4.3 upgrade that has orphaned the files or what. i assume i just need to remove these manually? but once files have been converted and moved to offline devices should emby delete the temporary files? if so i probably need to find a different temporary location as its filling up my OS drive

It should yes, at the time of the transfer completing. Now that you're on 4.3, what i would suggest doing is deleting them now as a one-time operation, then let's see if it happens again and we can go from there. Thanks.
