Library image problem

I have 2 different folders for my movies, one for English and one for Chinese. The Chinese movie's filenames are in Chinese characters. I had associated the corresponding covers to the movies, every once in a while, some of the images disappeared and were either replaced with some random movie cover or a screen shot of the actual movie itself. It only happened to the Chinese movies folder, the English movie folder are not affected.

 

Any idea what caused this?
