Casual transcoding start when skip

done. I've remuxe the file with last version of MKVtool (4.0) with all the default options (i've just drag the original file and start the mux). I've start the playng on the tv, skip various time and change audio track and everything work perfect. So i can assume that was something on the files like you said. I'm just sad because there are many files with this problem and think to remux all is a nigthmare...anyway i'm happy because the app is ok
