After the update library issue

After the update a couple library images are not displaying. I deleted them and tried to add back but they wont show up. They do show up in the front-end..

It seems to be only when I use the domain I have on the same local network to access emby. Here is another screenshot. This only happens when I use my domain on the same network the Sinology is on.. For some reason after clearing cache it has broken images everywhere...

Not that particular screen. But it happened again, after rebooting emby there are less broken images. Most of the time when I login using my own domain I just get the emby splash logo. Away from home everything seems to work just fine. It's only when I use my domain on the same network as the Synology.
