Refresh Rate Switching Shrinks Screen

Hi guys. When using the auto refresh rate switching on my shield it shrinks the video. My tv is 4k so if I'm playing 1080 it changes the resolution which is fine but it also slightly shrinks the screen so it's not fullscreen. It doesn't happen at the 4k resolutions. Any advise? Thanks guys.

Hi. I've never seen this but it sounds like maybe your TV has different zoom/display settings for different display modes as all the app is doing is switching the display mode on the device.
