Transcodig H265 -´H264

I haven't written in the forum for days.

I have a problem.

I have a 20 minute Mp4 H265 video and when I play it from Emby to my LG Smart Share TV, it stops several times and can even get blocked.

I explain:

The reproduction of all my videos is always on H264 and it works well. Emby transcoding is direct.

But for temporary needs, I currently have to code them in H265, and this is when the problems begin.

Emby, transcodes H265 to H264, the buffer seems to work well, it is usually around 10% above the current point of reproduction, which shows that the flow to the TV is good. But, playback stops several times.

If the video, I previously encode it with FormatFactory from H265 to H264, then Emby treats it as a direct H264 and everything goes well.

The problem lies when I leave Emby to do the transcoding from H265 to H264.

 

Any ideas?.
