cbdudek 17 Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 I seem to be having an occassional issue where my Emby server will stop responding. I can't get to it via web browser or on my Nvidia shield units on my network. When I do a look through the logs, I see a lot of errors about port mapping. I have no ideas right now on what I should be doing to fix this issue. I am going to do more research, but I thought I would put this in the forums and have some other people look at them. Maybe I am using an outdated plugin or something isn't configured correctly. The only thing I can do is restart the service, or shut Emby down entirely and start it back up on the Windows server. Windows server is windows 10 with 16GB of ram and a SSD with 150GB free. Core I7-2500K processor. I have attached my last few logs for your review. It stopped working a couple days ago as well so I copied that log file here too. embyserver-63710276027.txt embyserver.txt embyserver-63710181723.txt
Luke 42086 Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 Hi there, please try uninstalling these plugins, then restarting the server and see if that helps: CoverArt 4.1.8.0 Email Notifications 3.1.5.0 Movie Theme Songs 1.6.6.1 Movie Theme Videos 1.6.6.0 Playback Reporting 1.6.7.1 Theme Songs 1.6.6.0 TimeLordMovies 19.8.3.1105 TimeLordTV 19.8.3.1105 TV Theme Videos 1.6.6.0 YTrailers 1.6.2.1
cbdudek 17 Posted November 25, 2019 Author Posted November 25, 2019 Obviously, I like some of these plugins. I am assuming that we are to the point where we uninstall all plugins and then wait to see if that clears up, and then install one at a time until instability and freezing happens?
