Must be getting old lol right i have now added him and he got the invite email,so does he put the whole remote access name in starting with the http or just the numbers inc the :8096

He logged on to his emby connect and he was greeted with a new server to add west which is me,but then it said connection failure

I tried that canyouseeme atthe bottom of that page and got Error: I could not see your service on 80. on port (8096) iv'e took rest of the remote access out

So i'm thinking it is a port forwarding problem and i don't know my asus router log in password and that is linked to my virgin media superhub which is in bridge mode as it's only way to use a vpn through it,and i wouldn't like to reset the asus as it s settings for the vpn was done by a tech using teamviewer

Hi.  The answer is the same as we previously indicated in your other posts.  We are not a streaming service.  We are a personal media server.  You install your own server and point it to your own content (or TV tuner).
