Did I jump the gun?  Couldn't find this property on the latest nuget package.

I'm hoping the service restart will work out, but I'm adding this to SystemInfo to avoid the assumption and allow it to be toggled easily. It will probably be handy on other operating systems as well.

 

So you should always check this before using the api to restart the server. The server will throw an error if you try to restart it and this value is false.
