After the update to 4.3.0.25 my libraries are empty

Good morning,

after the update to 4.3.0.25 my libraries are empty.
Even a newly added file is not recognized.

It looks like the system has no access to the files.
The first scan took a very long time, presumably all
Movies/Series entries deleted because not found.

Wouldn't like to lose the play status.

Is there a Workarround?
