Actually, these days, you won't have a "Collections" tab if you don't have any collections.

You have a current example?

This not about the "Collections" tab...

...this is about the message that appears when a tab or whatever is empty, and the message doesn't appear centered but currently at the bottom left, it's an small visual or cosmetic change needed, that's all:

Okay, you are looking at a horizontally scrolling row that is empty.  See the header?

Now, it shouldn't even show an empty row so I'll have to see why that is.  You have any examples from any other app?

Basically, as you can see at the beginning, what I suggested is to put the message at the center of the screen, if that's an empty row then you should remove that and just put the message "No hay elementos" (or whatever it is in english in the app's label) when there is nothing to show anywhere in the app.

It appears completely blank on the standard Android app, which I suggest to put that message in the center of the screen as well.
