load actor thumb from nfo

seen a few threads about this around the forums but nothing in a feature request

would very much like Emby to load actor thumbs from the <actor><thumb> tag in the .nfo file that goes with the movie, and for this to work for local urls (e.g smb://server/share/icon.jpg) as well as internet urls

 

my understanding is Emby will currently write these tags but not read them
