woolooloo 1 Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 My daughter's favorite show (Bubble Guppies) has choked all of a sudden in Media Browser Classic. There are 3 seasons and I have episodes for all seasons. The main page shows the 3 seasons, it shows there are 2 unwatched episodes in Season 1, but if I click on Season 1 (or Season 3), it pulls up a blank page with no episodes. Season 2 does show the proper episodes. If I pull it up in the web dashboard, it shows the episodes for all 3 seasons, which I'm guessing means that the server holds the correct information. I'm just not sure why it isn't showing up in WMC for those two seasons. I don't see anything unusual in the log, there is one error but it seems very generic. I'm running version 3.0.5271.29451. Any thoughts? Thanks.

woolooloo 1 Posted June 16, 2014 Author Posted June 16, 2014 I finally had a chance to take a closer look. I had turned off automatic updates on Media Center Classic due to WAF, and I think the MCC and server versions may have gotten out of sync. Now that I've made sure both are running the latest versions, the problem seems to have cleared up. 1
