Pause, Play, Skip, Review Buttons No Longer Work

Using Emby Theater on Xbox one.  On a Logitech Harmony remote, was able to use the play, pause, skip, review buttons, but now none of them are working.  

 

Did something change or is there a setting to look at?   I can use the up/down arrows to bring up the on screen play/pause which still works

No.  All those buttons work on my media remote like the one below without bringing up the OSD.  App v273

I went back and tried another Xbox, which worked. I unplugged the Xbox in question. Remote is working again
