Can't play music (seems like files are curupted but they don't)

Hey everyone, newb here

 

I use emby to watch movies and cartoons. However, I decided it is time to use it also to stream music. Unfortunately, after loading the entire database with audio files (mainly flac and some mp3's) I can't play it. It seems that emby reads files (surprisingly without covers) but when I choose an album and a song, only the buzzing sound is heard. I can play the same files from the server through nextcloud. I don't know if I'm doing it right but I put the log and screenshot

Hi, what version of firefox is that? Have you tried Chrome?

Firefox 70 for Fedora

Definitely not a browser issue

Chrome and Emby Android app also not working

Yes I posted something Similar in the sub Kodi forum. I cant play mp3 either.  I just got asked for a log and gave up.. There has been issues around music playback as long as I can remember.

It's odd that it's acting like flac isn't supported by the browser and therefore having the server transcode it. newer versions of firefox support flac directly without any transcoding.

Have you run a hard disk check to look for a possible drive failure?

Problem solved

 

Previously audio files were uploaded on server through Nextcloud and even though i changed their ownership (ssh, chown emby:emby...) they cannot be read on Emby. After uploading them properly through ssh (scp) everything run smooth
