Libraries order

I noticed when you create new user all shared libraries are sorted alphabetically by default but is there s way to do it on main admin account somehow? For some unknown reason all new libraries I create started new alphabetical order instead they fit to already existing alphabetical order. I just want to reset somehow this so I don’t have to manually fix it every time I create new library...

It's a per user setting. Admin control is a good idea for the future. thanks.
