[SOLVED] Series not appearing in Schedule

Hi,

I set to record NFL games as a series, all channels all times, all episodes. The series appears under 'Series' tab.

But if I go to Schedule tab none of the games/episodes are listed, nor is there any indication in the guide that a recording will happen.

Is this by design?

Running ET 3.0.10 on Win10 1909.

Thanks

what guide data? Sounds like the series id of the programs don't match the series recording that was originally created.

Schedules Direct.

So if nothing appears under 'Schedule' then it won't record at all?

Right. Try deleting the series recording, then recreating it again.

Additionally, if you're in the USA or UK, try removing Schedules Direct using Emby Guide Data.

Ah, ok, I'll give it a shot.

I'm in USA, OTA channels via antenna.

My emby setup is fresh of a clean install.

Looks like even though I select all episodes on all channels, only the channel I initially chosen to do 'record series' will be scheduled, none of the other episodes will get scheduled.

You're suggesting I remove my SD link and re-add it?

Let us know how you get on. Thanks.

I'm suggesting removing SD and adding Emby Guide Data.

Bingo!

Removed SD and added Emby Guide Data, deleted NFL series, then went to the guide and added a recording as a series, now all games are scheduled, many thanks!

So there's an issue with SD? or something is up with the way Emby parses the SD data?

I'm not sure. We've pretty much stopped developing the SD support once we added Emby Guide Data. Eventually it will just go away so it was a good thing to switch over.
