By manual do you mean "Scan for missing metadata" series by series (or whole library)?

I did that with Family Guy and it worked but still seems to fail with Simpsons and some other TV Series. Maybe it needs some time to fetch the data.

How can I install the 1.0.20 update? I've been having the issue with the missing metadata for a few days now. I appreciate the staff's quick response on something that doesn't even appear to be their issue.

Pull it directly from the catalog, or restart your server to do a plugin update, then restart again.

We cannot trust the content that comes from thetvdb in Spanish. I have activated thetvdb and added the Batwoman TV Show.

 

The TV Show has been matched correctly but the argument contained swear words. The title was BatPuta (BatBitch) and other swear words. Nothing to do with the description that appears on the website of thetvdb.

 

I have deactivated thetvdb again and downloaded the metadata again, the swear words have disappeared.

Do you get the images of the episodes? I only get images from themoviedb.org at the moment.

Here's a patch to the tvdb plugin that works around the .zip.xml thing. Use at your own risk though because we don't know yet if the data coming back can be fully trusted at this point.

 

Edit: Tvdb plugin update 1.0.20 released.

 

just updated and now is returning all infos..

 

only one thing I'm seeing is missing: the seasons posters

 

is normal?

To me it would appear broke on their site also as you can no open season images on their website.  They are cached and visible but can not open them.

 

Their api doesn't return Season images either.

The TVDB plugin update working for me (Emby Server 4.2.1 on a QNAP NAS). Back to normal for tv shows

With the latest 1.0.20 TVDB plugin, I'm still getting errors downloading episode images.  I'm seeing things like this in the log:

Seems like the problem is the extra "/" in the URL after "banners":
