Poor External Steaming Quality

Good Afternoon,

 

I'm having an issue externally with very poor stream quality. So much so that people have just stopped using my server. I recently had to reload the OS on the my server and "rebuild" the Emby side (Folders\Users\Etc).

 

I can stream to any device internally on my network, however externally now, for some reason, I get horrible pixelation. (Attached)It was working flawlessly before the SSD replacement and OS reload. So i can't figure out whats changed. Any help you can provide would be outstanding.

It is transcoding down to 1.3Mb/s.

 

What is your connection speed both up from your server and down from where ever this is going?

So its looking like my home internet of 400Mbps I'm paying for is getting throttle bottle necked some where

Try increasing the in app quality setting and see if this helps.
