rainfactor 0 Posted November 10, 2019 Posted November 10, 2019 Hello, I have installed Emby on my DS1817+ the other day. I decided to see how it goes and test it for music only(for now). It took a while to scan everything but eventually did it. There are few things that I am having problems with: 1.It is extremely slow when browsing the music collection (over http/browser from my computer). There is a noticeable lag, like sometimes 15-30 sec when clicking on one itme and waiting for it to be displayed 2. I cannot access it from my Android phone from the app . It logs me in but then it keeps on spinning and nothing shows. The phone is obviously connected to the same network over WIFI 3. I installed it on my Nvidia Shield, it logged me in but when clicking on my music keeps on spinning then gives me "the server cannot be accessed please check your network". The box is hardwired into my switch along with the NAS I have followed to the dot the installation instructions and I have granted Emby all the necessary permissions within the NAS. My network is rather simple: Modem - Router - Switch. The NAS is plugged into the switch. Can anyone please point me to what am I doing wrong. Thank you!

Solution Luke 42077 Posted November 11, 2019 Solution Posted November 11, 2019 Hi there, please try uninstalling these plugins: Auto Organize 1.5.1.0 CoverArt 4.1.8.0 HueMoodLighting 1.3.0.0 MediaPortal TV Plugin 1.9.4.0 Sonos Controller 1.0.1.0 TVHclient 1.4.4.0 Then restart Emby Server and see if that helps.
