User name/email and password no longer recognised

I wonder if anyone can help 

 

I have Emby Premier but I cannot seem to log on to my account. I tried to login to my Emby server (QNAP) and it said my user name or password wasn't recognised, so I tried to login to my account via the website and the same thing happened. I was then asked to reset my password I went through the procedure three times and I'm not receiving the emails it said was sent to reset my password. 

 

I use Dashlane as a password manager so have a pretty robust system for password and login management, so I'm pretty confident that I'm not entering the wrong details

Hi @@Reckit, are you possibly confusing the difference between users on your server, and your Emby Connect login? Because if you're able to sign into this forum, then those are your Emby Connect credentials.

 

It sounds like you've forgotten the username or password to the user on your personal emby server. Did you try the forgot password button?

Yes, I worked this out, thanks for confirming. I managed to get a reset code and sorted it out.
