Cannot log in

Whenever I try to log in to emby it says password incorrect. It obviously is correct if I could log in to send this message. When I try to change password it says to contact the system administrator! I set up the account so don’t know what else to do. Please help

Okay so you have an Emby Connect account.

 

Have you added your Emby account username to your local account on the server? (2nd field on your Users page)

Then when you log into Emby, just use the same password that you used to login here

Thank you for replying. I’m afraid that doesn’t make any sense to me! I’m not sure why I’m having this issue now. When I signed up last week it worked no problem. I’m currently on the please sign in page. I enter my username and password but it won’t let me past that. Should I go to the change server button? That brings up four boxes. Two bacon feet, an add server box and a sign in w h emby connect box. When I click on them they bring me back to the sign in page!!

Have you contacted Bacon Feet since they are your provider?  But it does sound like a possible Connect issue connecting to their servers.
