ET not installing

Hi Luke,

 

I have been having issues with ET for about a week. I uninstalled ET, downloaded fresh install file. Now, when I try to install ET emby server reverts back to a fresh install (I have to re-configure Emby server).

 

I am running an up to date win 10, and until 5.30pm last Friday, I had no issues. I have been running Emby for many years through WMC and switched to ET at the beginning of this year when I upgraded my media centre.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, what happens if emby server is running while you do this?

Hi Luke, with server running, the emby server configuration screen appears. All previous setup setting no longer available.

Luke asked me if I can assist you in this matter.

 

Would it be possible for us to schedule a time in the next day or two for me to remote into your system while you are there and we can install this together?  That would allow me to see what the issue is and gather any log files if we can't fix your problem.

 

PM with details of when you would like to schedule this remote session (EST please) and let me know what OS you are running.
