Library folder keeps coming back even after i delete it

I cant seem to remove a folder i added to the library.  I remove\delete it but it always comes back like a stray cat.  What do I do, re-install?

It's kinda self explanatory. Add to library, choose a folder.

Decide you dobtv2abtvit and delete it. It always reappears.

 

Then I realized it's the folder I set as my default recordings. So now the question is why does that have to show in my library?

Because recordings become a regular library. You'd have to remove it from that configuration in order to stop that from happening.
