miniz98 73 Posted November 4, 2019 Posted November 4, 2019 Is any way to password protect a whole folder like movies so the kids have to ask first?
ebr 16195 Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 However, our Parental Controls can just hide it from them...
crusher11 1102 Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 Yes, but that blocks it completely, which isn't quite the same thing. Not sure what a passcode could achieve that you couldn't achieve by simply having the parent log in to their account, though. The only circumstance I can think of for either option is for something you're okay with the kids watching only with an adult in the room.
Guest Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 Have you tried doing this... How To Password Protect A Folder Or File In Windows 10 - OnMSFT.com Or using something like this? Password Protect Folders with Folder Guard for Windows 10 (folder-guard.com) The access should reflect access by emby as well.. but it would be worth a shot.
