Thanks. This is already fixed for the next release. You can get the fix now by updating to the server dev build under Advanced.

OK will try that then, but when I restarted Emby the scanning started again automatically. Still scanning now, not sure how to stop it?

you can just ignore it do the update and let the server worry about that
