Exporting Emby Settings

I was wondering after one of my Hard Drives failed in my Synology crashed I replaced the hard drive and rebuilt the array but after I rebuilt it I had to re-install emby, so all my settings were lost, I was wondering there was way to export my settings, IE Users, Play states (I do use trakt but for some files that are not on trakt it doesn't re-sync) and plus I have a couple of accounts for friends that are not linked to trakt so it would be good to be able to import the play states for thier accounts.  Basically it would be great to be able to export pretty much all settings.

 

Is there a way that I am missing or does it not exisit?

Basically you would need the entire Emby-Server programdata folder.  

 

The issue you run into with the databases is they have changed over time so depending on how old your installation is, it is impossible to import the userdata table from one db to another do to table column changes.
