Adding missing episodes display error:

I just added s23e05 of south park to my library, ran a scan to ensure files were picked up, checked the season folder and found an .nfo file had been created with the correct info and a thumbnail as well.

 

Then I opened my android client, navigated to season 23 and found epp 5 was still marked as missing.

 

After 20min of removing, re-adding, renaming, rescanning, I finally decided to disable 'display missing episodes within seasons' in my personal user settings and bam, there it is.

 

The first two screenshots here were taken with that setting on, the second two with that setting off. There were no other changes, no library scan, I just opened display settings in my android client and toggled that setting.

I can also reproduce this in chrome-android.

If I go turn that setting back on right now, the epp goes back to 'missing'

I got the same result in the web client on beta 4.3.0.17 as I got in link post above.

 

RTM will makes episode available via Series Next up but does not remove the virtual episode from the Seasons list.  Seasons scan does not update the list either.  A series scan or library scan does.
