Duplicate Multi-Stream Live TV

I'd like the ability to show up to 4 streams simultaneously on my TV.  Like this:

This is able to be done with a simple HTML script placing each instance in an iframe. I will try to locate the code and share.

I've attached an html file that just needs edited with your server address. I've left in place holders, and an example on the 4th screen of how the URL should look.
