Formatting or Word Wrap ability in description?

I was wondering if there is the ability to manipulate the way the text is displayed in the description section of media items?

I'm adding some custom content, and I typically pull from Wiki, or external sources, but I'd like to separate some of the text into paragraphs, indenting, bullet point rows, etc.

Almost similar to a 'WYSIWYG' editor.

Responsive display might be the reasoning behind not allowing this, but I wanted to see if anyone knew of a way to manipulate the format of the text displayed in the description section.
