Problems retrieving license key

Hey fellas,

 

I went around and purchased the lifetime version of the server software.

I’ve placed my order with PayPal which is linked on 2 mail addresses. One address I no longer have access on

 

I have yet to receive the license key, I was afraid that it was sent to the address I no longer have access on since it’s also not on the other account.

 

I’ve purchased again as a test for 1 month using my card but alas, again no license key.

 

When I attempt to retrieve it from the dashboard with my mail address it’s prompts with “supporter not found”.

 

Should I be patient and wait for the key to arrive? Or might there be something wrong?

I would be patient, I would email billingsupport@emby.media (if you haven't yet) with the info for the lifetime license from paypal. You'll be setup very soon, no need to worry.

its resolved! Emby billing support fixed it for me.
