Try killing all your ffmpeg processes, emby server process, emby tray process and then restarting the emby server.

The log shows extract-image process and your transcode log is for a item that is not in that log.  Can you elaborate more on the issue.

Yes, you enabled thumbnail image extraction and this will use ffmpeg. Does this answer your question?

Yes the initial thumbnail extraction is resource intensive but well worth it.

Yes the problem is i havent enabled it anywhere and it use my cpu 80% and it duplicate itself

You installed the theme songs plugin, and it has a volume normalization feature, so that's the ffmpeg activity in your server log.

Try uninstalling all of the theme song plugins, then restarting emby server. Let us know how it compares after that. Thanks.

didnt change anything 

ffmpeg.exe prevent my server to restart until i kill it...

 

Im collecting issues and bugs im about to make a thread i just cant believe i get so much trouble

Please attach a new log file after removing the theme song plugins. thanks.
