User missing after loggin

I have been using Emby on and off for a few years now and recently moved everything over to the latest stable version.

The issue I am having is my email that I connect to the server with only shows a small portion of the users I have available and not the user account associated with my email. I have to manually login to my account to access the content. I have other people that connect locally and remotely to the server and they are not seeing the same issue.

I believe the issue is associated with this email account and I can't find anything on the webpage under My profile to determine which server/user it is associated with.

Thoughts?

Hi, what exactly do you mean by this? What screen are you referring to about showing users?

Hi.  Check the options in user configuration in the server dashboard pertaining to whether or not the user is hidden from login screens.  On remote connections, the default is now to hide them.

Yup, this is probably the answer, and that's where I was going to go with my next question.

On the web browser, after you select the server, the select a user profile is listed, see below. I have to select manual login since my profile is not there. We did check whether or not the profile is hidden on login.

This is the second email that we have seen this issue. The settings were tested against a new email address and the new account was able to see all of the unhidden profiles.

Here is a picture of the user screen I'm referring too:

Hi.  That screen is presented to you before anyone is signed in so I'm not clear on why you think different accounts are seeing different things there.

You have checked the server configuration screen for each of the users you don't see?

Were these users created a long time ago as "Guests"?

The issue has been solved!

The hide user on logging button was checked after moving over to the stable version.

Thanks for the feedback.

Hi, if i'm following on correctly from your other posts, you are having an issue logging in with your Admin account.

In your other thread Luke has already advised that @Carlomay be able to setup a remote troubleshooting session to resolve this. Send Carlo a PM to setup a suitable time.

Yes I would love to set up a remote session.  Please tell me how to do that.
