I know I've seen it asked before but couldn't find it. How to have Standard and 3D show in the same folder in Emby?

 

Here's some screenshots to explain and show. Do I need to post a log?

i think your problem is your sub folder Pacific Rim (2013) -

Yep, that's exactly the problem.  Make sure each version is named correctly and in the same folder and you should be just fine.
