Piglet57 0 Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 On my mobile emby app all the servers shared with me appear and work fine. Yet on my Shield emby app only a small % of them appear. Very frustrated. Even uninstalled and re installed the app but no change. Anyone experienced this? Solution? Would be much appreciated.

You enter the settings page and turn on the "Debug Options". Now there will be a new tile on your home page settings row labelled "Send Log". Reproduce your problem and then use this button to send the log. Then add the following information to your report in the forum: Exactly what you were doing and what happened. Include the name of whatever you played if it is a playback problem The time you sent the log (in Eastern Time please - UTC -5) The name of the Emby user on the local server that was logged in at the time

ebr 16184 Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 Hi. Did you login to the Android TV app using Connect? That is how it would be able to see the same servers.
Piglet57 0 Posted October 25, 2019 Author Posted October 25, 2019 Thanks ebr. Yes I logged in and out many times to see if it would refresh. Anyway if I hadn't logged in I wouldn't be able to see any of my servers at all. Completely lost on this one. Hard to understand.
Piglet57 0 Posted October 25, 2019 Author Posted October 25, 2019 Using username and password after reinstall. Emby connect pin after that. I'm going to check tonight what happens if I turn off my vpn before logging in. Maybe that's the issue.
