jhcox11 0 Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 Since the Alexa app updated all of my Hue lights show as unresponsive. I can operate them from the Hue app but not from Alexa. Voice commands respond OK but the lights don't turn on or off. I have reset the router and the Hue bridge.If anyone can help I would be appreciative. P.S. This has been working without problems for over a year.
