Since the last update, the android tv application in my box xiaomi mi4 began to present problems in all the reproductions after having played approximately 1 hour of the video. The video is stuck, the audio continues to work and then the image advances quickly trying to reach the audio, stops and goes back to the moment it stopped the first time and continues.

version emby server windows 4.2.1.0

version android tv xiaomi mi4 1.7.54g

any recommendations or help please

Hi.  That ffmpeg log doesn't look complete.  Is that from an hour of playback?

No, that ffmpeg is what happens when I advance the video to more than 1 hour, from there the problem begins approximately with all the videos. but anyway I attach a full ffmpeg.

Okay, well then the previous log looks like ffmpeg crashed.  I'm going to need @@softworkz help here...

@paralepepipedo  - Do you have another example? The one you posted is very hard to read as it includes 18 subtitle streams..

I will do another one, I will start a video from 1 hour onwards which is where the problem occurs, I will keep it for 15min.

PD: the first ffmpeg I publish is 1 min where the problem occurs ..

Does this actually start to occur at exactly 1 hour 11 minutes?

not exactly, it varies according to the movie, but usually it is approximately from hour 1 onwards.

Sorry for the delay, on weekends I have my daughter's tuition, attached what was requested, 10 minutes during which the problem arises.

Does this only happen on videos with embedded subrip subtitle tracks? If so, then there's a good chance this is resolved in the upcoming 4.3 release. Thanks.

Hello unfortunately not, I also tried to watch without subtitles and the same thing happens, if you like I can send log with another video without subtitles.

ok, there I did the test with another video and this time with subtitles turned off, everything starts after 60 min of playback, I was thinking maybe it could be because of the audio format, because the videos with codec aac do not present problems

Is that the wrong ffmpeg log then? Because it contains numerous subtitle tracks.

Hi.  We don't mean just having them turned on but the existence of them within the file.  The info for one you said works does not have embedded subtitles.

I understand, I will erase them and try immediately.

Ok thanks, just wanted to make sure it wasn't related to subtitles. On this particular file can you try lowering the in-app quality setting to force a full transcode? How does that compare?

ok, force the transcoding and the jump of the video happens but less than a second, but it looks terrible kejejej.
