Premiere Key Retrieval

I recently rebuilt my home server.

 

I no longer have access to the email address that was used to purchase my emby premiere key as a result of an unrelated thing.

 

Is there any way to retrieve it, or otherwise verify I am who I say i am?

i have signed up again moved to plex as it was bulit into my tv. its not as good so moved back. Anyhow i digress, i have signed up using the app and google pay. no email, its automated is it not? anyohw i have emailed the email here and had no responce, i need it working i dont have a tv at the min.

Yes although says I paid via paypal I did it via my phone is that correct or will it just stop working again next month?

Billing support should have suggested that you cancel the store subscription and re-do it from our website.  This will result in it being cheaper for you and also we'll be 100% certain that renewals will work.  Right now, the renewals through the store subscriptions may be a manual process (depending on some exact circumstances when you first signed up).
