Live TV (m3u tuner) not working with .ts File

I was trilled to have the option in Emby for watching TV channels with my subscription to IPTV. (I have premier subscription also for Emby")

 

The case is that my provider give me only one http file with .ts extension. This suits me well when I am using different programs but when I've try to configure LiveTV option in Emby I am getting an error message.

Do not know how to proceed further! Any ideas?!

Hi, the url you are entering should be an m3u channel list. If you have a .ts url, then it sounds like that is a direct video url to a single channel, is that right?

Actually not!

 

The .ts file content my UN and pass for the provider. And it's look like this:

 

http://portal.geniptv.com:8080/get.php?username=xxxxxxxxxx&password=xxxxxxxxxxx&type=m3u&output=ts

 

I am using it in Cloud Stream, VLC, MrMC, XBMC etc.... for multiple channels.
