I think it is not "changeable" isn't it?

The author for new libraries has to make once the choice while establishing a new library for the type.

Once set the type you'll have to delete the old lib and create a new one to have once again the choice for the content type.

 

Also on 4.6.4.0 now and also with advanced settings enabled - library content type is set fixed.

One of my top five wishes, that emby one day will be able to avoid that ....
